Co-funded by the European UnionCooperation with international partner institutions is essential in order to pursue complaints and fight illegal content most effectively. Therefore, FSM and eco maintain regular and intense contacts to various foreign hotlines and complaint offices. These associations are members of the umbrella association of European complaint offices INHOPE.
The complaint office transmits complaints about illegal internet content which is not located on German servers to the appropriate member of INHOPE.
