eco has represented the interests of the Internet industry in Germany since 1995. We develop markets, foster technologies and form framework conditions: As the largest association of the Internet industry in Europe, we and our around 900 drive the sector and represent its interests in politics and in international bodies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the Association of the Internet Industry, we believe in the power of self-regulation \u2013 particularly in the area of youth media protection: This is how the eco Complaints Office was created \u2013 as a result of the self-regulatory aspirations of our members. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Every Internet user who comes across online content which is relevant to youth media protection, or who wants to complain about spam, can \u2013 anonymously, if desired \u2013 contact the Complaints Office. Further information can be found at https:\/\/international.eco.de\/internet-complaints-office.html<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because we\u2019re always stronger when we work together, eco is a founding member of INHOPE, the international network of complaints offices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
