The portal www.internet-beschwerdestelle.de is a joint initiative of the Freiwillige Selbstkontrolle Multimedia-Diensteanbieter (FSM e.V.) and eco - Verband der Internetwirtschaft e.V. Both organisations have their own hotlines and divide the reports received via this site according to their specific remits.
As part of the German Safer Internet Centre, the work of eco and FSM is co-financed by the European Union through the Digital Europe Programme.
